In these Terms, "I," "Me," or "Borrower" refers to the applicant/customer, and "You," "Lender," or "Company" refers to Simple Car Title Loans Inc. DBA 1800TitleLoan.

Application Authorization

By submitting an application, I certify and agree that:

  • All information provided is true, accurate, and complete
  • I authorize You to verify my identity, employment, income, and credit history
  • I authorize You to obtain consumer reports from credit reporting agencies
  • I authorize You to share information about my account with credit bureaus
  • I agree to update my information if my financial condition changes

Communication Consent

BY PROVIDING YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION, YOU EXPRESSLY CONSENT TO RECEIVING COMMUNICATIONS VIA:

  • Phone calls (including live calls and prerecorded messages)
  • Text messages (SMS/MMS)
  • Emails
  • U.S. Mail
  • Social media platforms and direct messaging (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • Any other reasonable method of communication
  • Calls or texts using an automatic telephone dialing system

These communications may be from Simple Car Title Loans Inc., its agents, servicers, or debt collectors regarding:

  • Servicing and collection of your account
  • Payment reminders and confirmations
  • Important account notifications
  • Marketing information (with your consent)

Payment Terms

Accepted Payment Methods:

✓ Debit Card (Online) — Pay securely through our online portal using your debit card.

✓ ACH/Bank Transfer (Phone Only) — Call us at (818) 505-0606 to make a payment via ACH or bank transfer.

✗ We do NOT accept:

  • Credit cards
  • Cash payments
  • Online eCheck/ACH (phone only)

A convenience fee may apply depending on the payment method. Please see our Privacy Policy for information about payment security.

Credit Reporting

We may report information about your account to credit bureaus. Late payments, missed payments, or other defaults may be reflected in your credit report. You have the right to dispute inaccurate information.

Customer Information

Loan Disclosures

All loans are serviced and funded by Simple Car Title Loans Inc.

Eligibility: All loans require an acceptable vehicle as collateral. Customers must demonstrate ability to repay. Not all applicants are approved.

Minimum Loan Amount: $2,510.00

Application: Takes approximately 5-10 minutes. Conditional approval may be given pending documentation review.

Funding: Same-day funding available upon final approval and document signing before 5:00 PM PST on business days.

Interest Rate: 36% per annum plus the Federal Funds Rate.

Example: A $2,510 loan with $75 origination fee, 36% interest, 36-month term = approximately $127.37/month. Actual terms vary by borrower.

Tip: Pay early and pay more than the minimum to reduce finance charges.

⚠️ IMPORTANT

Late or missed payments may result in additional fees, collection activity, negative credit reporting, and potential vehicle repossession. Contact us immediately if you're having difficulty making payments.
